On Friday October 19th, we made our first salmon trip in two months. 9 anglers vying for a shot of the recent insurgence of slugs locally boarded the boat in the morning. We ran up to Duxbury Buoy where we put the gear in. We had action throughout the day, hooking 18 fish, and landing 9. The smallest fish of the bunch was 17 lbs. with all other fish being 20lbs on up to our top fish of the year so far, a huge 45 lb. King caught by Scott Haynes of Pacifica.
